Refund policy

We only do exchanges no refunds. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This includes both purchases bought in person and online. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All clearance items and other items such as shoes, jewelry, eyelashes, sunglasses and fragrances are all final sales and can not be exchanged. Due to limited quantities of boutique items, exchanges only no refunds. You will receive a Boutique credit if you have an item that needs to be exchanged or if an item is out of stock.
