Track Your Order
You can track your order status using your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours from when your order is placed and processed for the status to update.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

If cancelled before acceptance, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the order is already accepted, it must be returned according to our return/exchange policy.

Gift Certificates:

Boutique-issued gift certificates are only redeemable in-store or at events.

To use a gift certificate for an order, please call the boutique directly to place your order and bring it in at pick-up.
Shipping & Delivery
Tracking Your Package:

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link.

You can also enter your tracking number at USPS.com.

For free shipping or local pick-up, contact the boutique for delivery status.
Shipping Notifications:

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after placing an order.

A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is processed and ready to leave the boutique.

Please note: the shipping confirmation does not mean the carrier has picked up your package.
Shipping Times:

Standard shipping: 5–7 business days

Priority shipping: 3–5 business days (in stock), 7–10 business days (out of stock)

Shipping & handling begins after payment is processed.
Same-Day Pick-Up:

Phone orders can be picked up the same day if items are in stock.
Receiving Your Order

Shipping & handling: 3–5 or 5–7 business days (depending on stock or backorder)

A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped
Damaged Items

Boutique credit may be issued if criteria are met

Some adult items may fall under factory warranty and may not be eligible for credit
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges Only – No Refunds:

Adult boutique customers: no returns or refunds

Items must be unused and in original condition

Final Sale Items: Clearance clothing, shoes, jewelry, eyelashes, fragrances, hats, lingerie, adult novelties, and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned
